Deepika Gandhi

Deepika Gandhi founded Marque360 with a vision of helping organizations maximize the value of Microsoft technologies through practical, business-focused solutions.

She began her career at Microsoft, where she served as a Microsoft Project and Portfolio/ Business Productivity Specialist. Working alongside some of Microsoft's largest enterprise customers, Deepika helped organizations establish and mature PMOs, improve portfolio governance, optimize resource management, and align project investments with business strategy. Her approach has always been rooted in understanding each customer's unique challenges and helping them build practical, sustainable solutions that deliver lasting business value.  

Today, Deepika leads the company’s strategic direction, sales, marketing, and customer engagement while continuing to work closely with executive teams on digital transformation initiatives.

Neall Alcott

Neall Alcott brings more than two decades of experience designing and delivering enterprise Project & Portfolio Management and collaboration solutions.

A respected leader within the Microsoft Project community, Neall served for five years on Microsoft’s Project Product Advisory Council, helping provide customer insight into the future direction of Microsoft’s Project platform.

At Marque360, Neall oversees product strategy, solution architecture, delivery, and innovation while leading the development of the company’s PPM360 platform and consulting services.
